Production and Shipping Times

Production of canvas prints and merchandise can take between 5 and 7 business days to complete. Transit time will depend on the location where the item is being shipped as well as the shipping method that you select. 

If you need your item expedited, please contact us via the contact page and we will do our best to expedite your shipment, although we cannot guarantee same. 

 International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally!

Please note that international customers are subject to the customs laws of their country and will be responsible for payment of all custom duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other costs associated with shipping to said country. 

If you are an international customer, please check with your local authorities for shipping costs and regulations associated with goods coming from the United States prior to ordering. 

Marina Nova Art will not take any responsibility for any customs dues, taxes, brokerage fees, or any other shipping costs. Furthermore, Marina Nova Art will not issue any refunds or accept refusals of prints or merchandise due to international shipping regulations or customs costs. 

Return Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns. All items are final sale. 

If you have a question as to a specific print or item of merchandise prior to purchase, please use the contact button and we will gladly address all your questions and concerns in a timely manner. 

All canvas prints and merchandise items are carefully packaged. However, we understand that accidents can happen. We offer exchanges on prints and merchandise that are damaged in shipment that are not the fault of the seller and we will honor legitimate concerns.  

In such an event, please contact us via the contact page to request an exchange. Please include a detailed summary of the damage and include photographic or video proof of same.
